1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Exclusion of liability

1.14 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.

1.15 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.

2.1 SHIPMENT. Shipment is made to the address that the customer provides.  The customer has sole responsibility for the address entered. The shipment address must include a name and a valid postal address. A valid postal address is defined as and address that is listed on the Royal Mail Postcode Finder website http://www.royalmail.com/postcode-finder-sme 

2.2 We reserve the right to use alternative shipment methods to those stated as circumstances may dictate.

2.3 Deliveries of larger packages (over 2kg) to remote areas THAT INCLUDE ALL OF SCOTLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND can take up to 48 hours longer than the times specified.

3.1 DELIVERY. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to take receipt of the goods.  The customer must notify us within 14 calendar days of dispatch if the goods have not arrived. Tracking information provided by a courier company shall be regarded as truthful and accurate by all parties.

4.1 FAILED DELIVERY. In the event of a failed courier delivery we will refund the cost of the goods when/if returned to us but not the costs of delivery.  When a delivery has failed (normally after 2 attempts) and the goods have been returned to us it cannot be re-scheduled and the order is cancelled. 

4.2 In the event that the goods sent via Royal Mail fail to arrive the customer must inform us a soon as possible, but in any event within 14 calendar days of the date of dispatch. If the itemis returned to us we will refund the product cost but not the postage costs. 

- Under no circumstances will we refund product costs unless the product is returned to us. 
- Under no circumstances will we refund postage costs unless a valid name and postal address was given. 
- Under no circumstances will we refund postage costs if the delivery was to a communal building such as student accommodation.

5.1 RETURNS. The customer must inform us within 14 calendar days of dispatch if they are unhappy with the product. The Customer has the right to return any product un-used and un-opened for a full refund. Return postage prices are at the customers expense. 

6.1 CUSTOMER CO-OPERATION. The Customer agrees to co-operate with the company to resolve any issues including, but not limited to, the undertaking and completion of relevant loss forms required by courier companies.

7.1 CONTRACT. Orders placed electonically form an invitiation to treat and will only be regarded as accepted when the order is dispatched. Prior to the dispatch of the goods we reserve the right to refund any monies and cancel any order without penalty.

7.2 The company (Leaf Crafts Ltd) shall not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, by the failure to provide the goods purchased, or for the late delivery of items ordered.

 7.3 In the event of loss or damage caused by any item supplied by the company (Leaf Crafts Ltd), the loss shall be limited to a maximum value equivalent to the original purchase price and shipment paid by the customer.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
